Dead CCR1036

Good day, im having a good round of trouble trying to resurrect a dead CCR1036-8G-2S+
i have netinstall running, but as soon as the router gets a bootp signal, it receives an image and crashes
installed OS is corrupted so it doesnt boot normally.
i have allready tested a bunch of different versions of netinstall to no avail.
can someone nudge me in te right direction?
