Just trying to think through this problem and figure out a better method. Currently we have over 100 sites setup with PPPoE servers. We run a central RADIUS server and CGNAT on all locations. When a customer would like a static public IP, we assign them a /32 using radius and PPPoE. We then on v6 add that /32 to BGP with the no sync option set to keep BGP convergence to a minimum in case a customer starts flapping on the PPPoE session. We dont have enough IP addresses to give each location a subnet of public IPs, the /32 option has been working well for years. Anyone have any good ideas on doing this on v7? We are just worried about possible flapping issues.
