i don't get it your question what link do you mean..?

But you still know more than the other users of the forum, because you at least know what hotel management software you've got.

Mikrotik uses a standard RADIUS interface for billing, so the first question is whether your hotel management software can accept billing messages via RADIUS protocol, or whether it can read the data from an external RADIUS server. Mikrotik can also act as a RADIUS server itself (the user manager application is a radius server), and you can download the summaries using HTTP.

In general, for a task like this, where 3rd party software is involved, I'd suggest to hire a local consultant rather than seek help on the forum.
