Wed Sep 14, 2022 6:08 pm

Dear All of Mikrotik Experts,

i would kindly ask your assistance, tips and tricks.
I have two LAN port on my x86 PC Mikrotik router (LAN 1 and LAN2) bridged to (BRIDGE LAN).

I want to block traffic from BRIDGE LAN that use TPC/UDP on port 554,3031,2195-2197,5350-5353 to internet.

It would be very helpful if someone can post the command line code so i can try to put it by terminal.

Thankyou.

Two ways,
block those ports directly
block those ports indirectly by ! symbol before good ports. (not usually recommended).

https://help.mikrotik.com/docs/display/ ... t+Firewall

Read the above, come back and propose what you think the rule should look like,
No spoon feeding here, make an effort to at least try!!

Dear anav,
i believe you're guru / master in mikrotik. However, i just a dumb newbie who has been learn form mikrotik help page already, and still couldn't know how to do it. If i smart like you're and /or already find the solutions, then i wouldn't post a questions. It just basic common sense, have problem to use mikrotik product then go to mikrotik help support page, as simple as it is which i did.

If your perspective of life in sharing and helping each other are "spoon feeding" it's ok, fine with me.. please don't bother to post an answer, i will seek another forum members to respond my post.

Yeah, but if you dont learn anything and keep asking for the quick answer, then I wouldnt be doing you any favours in the long run.
MT has a learning curve and if your afraid to make mistakes go back to plugNplay netgimp and d-stink etc... :-)

So look up threads do a search, try to figure it out, then provide what you think is the solution.
Then when I explain why its right and wrong and some other information, you will actually gain knowledge. Copy and paste is insulting to us both.

Believe me the poster that comes up that prevents your learning will get an earful from me..............

One tip (hoping to escape The Wrath of The Llama):
Take a good look at the default firewall of your device as well.
Plenty of clues in there how it should be done.
