What is the proper config for a routed 60ghz PTMP AP with failover.

I'm looking to set up a routed PTMP network with failover. Eth1 and wireless would not be bridged together.

In the wiki - it shows https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:I ... up_example

It shows adding both the eth1 and wlan1 interfaces to the bridge. If I don't add those to the bridge, will that cause the bridge to be considered not running?

My end goal is to use a bridge interface for all the station interfaces that are created, and with the use of OSPF, fail over between the wireless links.

The failover mentioned here: https://help.mikrotik.com/docs/display/ ... GUIexample - Does not work. I've tested this on multiple versions of ROS v7, and its all the same. If the 60ghz radio is disabled at the AP, while the bond shows that WLAN1 as the active interface... it doesnt fail over the traffic unless you change the primary interface to wlan1.

Hello
You do not need to use bonding, just use bridge and set RSTP correctly
