Caps cannot recived certificate

Hello,
I have four caps and a router to managei!
3 of them working correctly expect one!
even though all the setting all the same, I don't know why this little one cant get it certificate yet:
It has dhcp client that running from CAPsMAN like the rest plus using bridge connection
but there is a little different in ip route: about the destination situation (I can't recall perfectly but for ex. in cap 1:
Dac and cap4 is S+ ...) its just a default route to same destination from certain bridge interface of each.
...
It would be a good solution to reset CAPsMAN configuration?
Or it has something to do with physical radio link?
..
For just a few second while I was changing and applying the configuration in Caps tab, but it was temporary and that's it.
Any thoughts?
