Hello and happy holidays!
I'm having this weird issue and can't seem to find what's causing it. I have a pair of SXT 5 for a PTP link and after the station SXT I use a hAP ac3 as the main router. For some reason the link keeps dropping if I plug the cable from the SXT into any port of the hAP ac3, but if I plug it straight into my laptop or any other router the link is stable. I tried with 2 different hAP ac3s and same thing happens. It is only stable using 10Mbps. Cable has 30 meters lenght and has been tested and has no problem. Laptop link is all good with 100Mbps auto-negotiation. TP-Link router link is all good and stable. Mikrotik hap ac3 on any of the 5 ports won't stay stable at all. What am I missing?

Not yet. I'm using a basic switch to pass the link from AP to Router.

Can you share the configs?


Don't forget to remove serial and public IP addresses.

Sorry for the late reply. Meanwhile, the hap ac3 was replaced with a RB4011iGS and the issue was gone. The hap ac3 had the basic config on it, nothing special. Thing is I've tested with 2 identical hap ac3s and the problem was the happening on the second one as well. So I suspected a hardware issue, somehow. Al good now with the RB4011. Happy holidays!
