I need to setup a point to point Internet link and apres lots of research I selected the MikroTik Cube 60 Pro ac device from the many different Mikrotik offerings.
So you can buy this in a predefined pair or as a single unit.
https://mikrotik.com/product/cube_60pro_ac
The dilemma is that I found a supplier of the single units at much less for a pair than the pre-configured.
Does anybody know how to configure the units manually?
Of course I went to the documentation and there is exactly ZERO information on the technical configuration.
https://help.mikrotik.com/docs/display/ ... e+60Pro+ac
I'm quite familiar with Router OS, and have at least 10 or so Mikrotik devices, but zero experience with the configuration of these
60 GHz units.
So please, does anybody have them and could perhaps do an export configuration and paste it here and explain the basics of howto?
Or a link to the same.
I feel like a CHICKEN not just ordering the units, but you might all recall your first time you went into router OS and thought !@£$%
thanks!
there are only 2 model only Cube 60Pro AC and CubeSA (Sectoral Antenna) 60Pro AC.
You can configure it manually if you will get the stand alone which is the individual devices not the pre-configure devices.
I have 8 units of this Point to Point the far distance that I deploy is around 980m-1KM and I am surprise with the performance and bandwidth that I am getting of it.
