Does RouterOS supports Link State Tracking

Fri Jan 27, 2023 2:41 pm

Hi,
I`m wondering does RouterOS has support for link state tracking or if some vendors call it uplink failure detection.
The feature allows propagating the uplink state to downstream ports.
Thanks for the answers.

No, but by script can be perfectly simulated.

But the real question is: you want use it as failover when you have two links between the same two devices?

thanks for the fast response, but I did get it. My aim is to have an l2 failover for servers this is actually described quite well in following URL: https://docs.nvidia.com/networking/disp ... e+Tracking
Thanks!
