Does confederation work in version 7? all the settings are there, but they do not work correctly. When connecting in the confederation, the connection does not take place because the router sends the wrong AS. And when connecting to other AS does not remove private AS from as-path. I also didn't find the confederation peers setting.
Can someone tell me how it works in the new version or share a working config?

Did it work in previous version rosv6?, I'm also interested into this at least in a lab setting because our network is not as big as yours, we don't need it today
