We are currently weighing Mitrotik for one of our solutions and would like some queries to be answered, can any one let me know where or who to throw these questions at?

• Can we buy SKUs suitable for all jurisdictions (local power/legal/standards compliance, certificate of conformity etc) - Japan Seismic etc, Australia, etc, interference, electromagnetic certs etc
  Typical sales lifetime of a product
  Lead Times
  How responsive are sales and technical support? Can support tickets be escalated?
  Sales Price inflation for the past few years
  Volume-driven discounts and published prices
  Does Mitrotik perform interop testing with other major suppliers
  Any memberships with technical steering groups like IETF, MEF, Ethernet Alliance etc
