My ISP modem will connect my PC to the internet via Ethernet hardwired from ISP modem to PC, but my mikrotek router will not connect my PC to internet when I run (1) Ethernet from ISP modem to LAN 1 port of my mikrotek router, and then another ethernet from LAN 2 port of mikrotek router to my PC.
So I'm getting internet connection from my ISP with no issues, it has something to do with the mikrotek router or its configuration settings.
I have never made any changes to the mikrotek router, it was always working fine until just yesterday. Day 1 of set up was just plug and play, no changes to network settings at any point, ever.
I have always just kept Automatic DHCP on my PC, and have never made any changes to network configuration settings.
