DDNS internally can't find its own wan name and ip4

Router Mikrotik RB2011UiAS-RM RoterOS v7.8
We have an app in nodejs that can be accessed through the forward port from wan, it works perfectly; now internally (lan) the app can't find the baseendpoint of its own wan name and ip4. Please some help.
