Hi,
I've just installed a new CAP AC and the 5G wireless AP stopped being visible after a while (when I moved the AP around).
To be used as an AP, nothing fancy
I have not (yet) changed the default settings (except changing the country)
Looking at the Wireless Interface it shows "Detecting Radar" (not that it detected a radar but it just stays stay stuck in "Detecting Radar" (after showing "searching for frequency" for a while).
It just stays stuck in "Detecting Radar"
I've upgraded it to to 7.9.1 (from 6.48.6) no changes
The frequency is set to Auto, but If I set the frequency to
- 5180,5200,5220,5240,5520,5540 it works as expected.
- 5260,5500,5520,5260,5500,5240,5500, 5520,5540, 5620, 5640 same behavior as auto
- 5600 stuck in searching for frequency
I waited a few minutes (< 2 minutes)
What are my choices here? Should I just suck it up and select one of the frequencies that work? It would prefer auto so things would just work
If I need to select a frequency, what can I do to make sure I select the "best one" ?
running /interface/wireless/scan I get
ADDRESS CHANNEL SIG NF SNR
AP 24:5A:4C:FC:0D:5C 5180/20-Ce/ac/P(20dBm) -89 -106 17
and /interface/wireless/frequencymonitor gives me

Watched the https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZbrbRUAfpac video but didn't help me make a decision on my best choice.
Thank you
