Can anyone confirm that routerOS 7 supports BSR and RP candidates? Whenever I try to add either of these to PIMSM I get the following error - Couldn't add New PIM Candidate - address interface must be specified (6)

Have tried on OS 7.10.2 and 7.11beta7

How are you trying to add it? If it's Terminal then what command do you use; if it's WinBox then could you share the screenshot?

Hi,
After reading your post I discovered that I was indeed able to add both the BSR and RP candidates successfully via the CLI.

This lead me to discover that the GUI interface (both in winbox and webGUI) requires that the address be entered in the format <IP Address>%<interfacename>

In my case I had to enter
10.0.1.1%localhost

The GUI's then happily accept this.
