Can anyone help me please with my problem, Some devices can connect to my AP's and have internet but some devices are connected and cant access the portal. and no internet.

Do you think that we have crystall balls saying what APs you have? What is their configuration? How are they connected?

Well lets think about this logically.

a. is wifi working --> Yes
b. is access via wifi to internet working --> Yes
c. why are some devices working and others not --> unknown
d. why do you think it would be the AP?? Some devices are working!
e. do you know the settings on the APs, we certainly dont as you have provided zero useful information on the config...........
e. Suggestion: Look at the difference between devices.
- are some 2ghz and some 5ghz
- are some B, G, N, A, AC, AX restricted
