routerboard: yes
board-name: LHG 5 ac
model: RouterBOARD LHG G-5acD
serial-number: 810808A611EB
firmware-type: ipq4000L
factory-firmware: 3.41
current-firmware: 6.43.7
upgrade-firmware: 6.43.7
protected-routerboot-v6.43.7-enable-6.43.dpk
and my current version of routers is 6.43.7.
When I upload the file protected-routerboot-v6.43.7-enable-6.43.dpk to the Files folder and restart the computer, the following message appears in the LOG:
installed protected-router-6.43
FAILED to enable protected RouterBOOT: code 127
router rebooted
I did this same process successfully on 4 SXT 5AC (MIPSBE platform) and updated them from 6.43.7 to 7.6 (in a phased manner, first 6.43.7, then 6.49.7 and finally 7.6), in At no point in the process did it give me any problems, but these ARM devices have given me problems updating the Backup Booter. I have also tried updating them from version 6.49.7 with the special package:
https://box.mikrotik.com/f/b062a26b4bd34c55aa52/?dl=1
and with version 7.6 using the corresponding package :
https://box.mikrotik.com/f/3bd8cc7b2a6545228377/?dl=1
without success in the case of the LHG5 AC and the SXTsq5ac. Can you tell me if I have skipped any steps? Or something else I should do?
