Let's start over. You have a CRS310-8G+2S+IN that you are unable to connect to. Is that correct?
you need to connect a laptop or computer set with thee IP of 192.168.88.10 (or anything other than 1) to any port on the CRS. If that port lights up you have a connection. if you get connectivity open a browser and enter
http://192.168.88.1. you should be directed to the setup page of the CRS.
If this dosent work you might have to try Netinstall. If you truly need help just reply to this post.
