i can get to Winbox v 3.40, type in connect to, login, password but it repeatedly times out. it keeps retrying but won't connect. I tried all 3 connect to addresses, did with and without password and it keeps timing out so i can't go to next step. I am not IT person but thought this was basically a plug and play device. Am I in over my head? thanks so much. rena
