I have a high site with a Fiber Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) service.
Additionally, I have presence at a data center within the same city, and i have a router there with IP transit service. My objective is to utilize the Public IPs assigned to me by Afrinic.

To achieve this, I am considering implementing a tunnel from my high site, utilizing the DIA service, to connect to my router located at the data center. The goal is to route all customer traffic through this tunnel.

I've conducted preliminary tests with an EoIP (Ethernet over IP) tunnel, and it appears to be functional. However, I would greatly appreciate your insights on this setup. Specifically:

Are there potential performance issues associated with implementing a tunnel over a DIA service?
Are there any considerations or best practices I should be aware of during the setup process?
