SWOS Rx MAC Errors and high Jitter Packet Loss on Streaming/Meeting Services such as Zoom
Hello all...running into an issue. Have multiple CRS devices:
They are connected to an OPNsense FW for L3 and DHCP services:
I am getting a high jitter/packet loss on streaming/meeting services such as Zoom. I have a 5Gbps fiber Internet link and the backbone of the internal network is using the Mikrotik 10G. While I did have some issues with the service provider fiber, that appears to have been resolved and when doing testing connecting directly to a FW interface, I do not see the drops. Any thoughts on how to monitor or isolate the issue in the switches from an L2 perspective?
