Hi,
I have been trying to update the RBM11G (mmips) from current working V6.49.13 to v7.
My upgrading path:
system check-installation
  status: installation is ok

system package update set channel=upgrade

system package update check-for-updates
            channel: upgrade
  installed-version: 6.49.13
     latest-version: 7.12.1
             status: New version is available

system package update download
            channel: upgrade
  installed-version: 6.49.13
     latest-version: 7.12.1
status: Downloaded, please reboot router to upgrade it

system reboot
After rebooting:
system routerboard print
       routerboard: yes
             model: RBM11G
     serial-number: F51A0FFCA5B4
     firmware-type: mt7621L
  factory-firmware: 6.47.10
  current-firmware: 6.49.13
  upgrade-firmware: 6.49.13

 system package update check-for-updates
            channel: upgrade
  installed-version: 6.49.13
     latest-version: 7.12.1
             status: New version is available

Nothing has changed, the routerboard keeps the 6.49.13 version. How can upgrade from v6 to v7 the RBM11G please?
Thank you

Check logs immediately after device reboots (as part of upgrade procedure), it should state the reason for not upgrading.

so obvious.... :-) thank you so much, spot on! The router was complaining about updating LoRa package v7 in logs. After removing it the update worked out and all seems to be fine. Thanks!
