Mikrotik's documentation shows that there is a hard runtime limit of 2 minutes for file execution. This also appears to be true with branding packages being used to modify the default configuration. Is there a good way to bypass this runtime limit for files that are making a high amount of changes?

Alternatively, we are currently looping through interfaces to make changes to names, add port isolation, and put them in a bridge. Are there any ways to optimize this process to reduce the runtime?
