Is it possible to make a secondary/backup internet acces via phome (android) hotspot?

I am using a hAP ax 3.


Basically I am using primarry ethernet port 1 but it would be nice to have a backup.
It should work like this: whenever I enable a hotspot with specified ssid and passwd it should connect.
