Adding new Data Source to Chart?

The Mission: I want to add a new Data Source to an existing chart

I have an existing chart showing me 3 WAN interfaces data flow, that work faultlessly. This week I added another router with a new WAN connection on it. I got the new MT introduced into Dude, and got it on the local Network Map - everything reads as it should. All of these are on the same network.

Now we need to chart the data flow on the new WAN interface and present that on the chart. And here I get stuck. I hear some forum members laughing and say "But it is so easy".

Looking at my existing chart > Settings > Add... The specific PPPOE interface is not listed. Reading some posts, it seems I have to add the data source manually. I presume here lies my problem, as my specific interface is not listed under the built-in sources.

What I added as a source:
pppoe-out1 (12) @ 192.168.40.8. rx
Can I define it pointing to the routers LAN IP, or must I use some other naming convention? Did I define it correctly here?

Is there perhaps an easy way to introduce the router into the Chart Settings, where Dude will read what is available, allowing me to just click and select the correct interface/data source?
