Strange issue: If pppoe is running LTE dongle doesn't work

Hi everyone.
I run a RB5009 with pppoe main ftth connection and a usb lte dongle for failover.
Everything works as expected if I use the Alcatel IK1VE.
The route distance for the lte dongle is set to 2 and the route distance for pppoe conenction is set to 1.
If I issue, e.g., the command "ping 8.8.8.8 count=4 interface=lte1" i can ping 8.8.8.8 without any problem.
The issue starts when I use another lte usb dongle, the Huawei E3372-325, instead of the Alcatel.
The dongle is correctly detected, lte1 interface running, routes set correctly, everything like the Alcatel dongle
with the only difference in the gateway address 192.168.8.1 for the Huawei and 192.168.1.1 for the Alcatel.
If I issue the above command the result is timeout. The only way to make the lte connection to work is disabling the pppoe
connection, then I can ping 8.8.8.8 thru the lte1 interface with the Huawei stick.
I cannot understand what is happening. Both dongles are configless. Both dongles are using RNDIS protocol and are detected in the same way by routeros.
Any idea??
Thank you
