Problem Hardware SXTR&EP06-A

Hello.

I have an SXTR&EP06-A that worked normally for a few months.

During a thunderstorm, I unplugged the device to prevent damage from atmospheric electrical discharges, but when I plugged it back in, the SXTR&EP06-A stopped working. What I see:

All signal strength lights stay on indefinitely;
The RJ45 connector data light does not light up (neither green nor orange);
The red PoE light stays on;
The LTE light stays off;
I cannot access the SXTR&EP06-A either through the web interface or through WinBox;
The PoE Injector is working normally (I tested it with other devices I have and they are normal).

How can I solve this? Or have I lost the hardware forever?

Did you try resetting the device or enter netinstall mode ?

Yes, I tried to follow the instructions in Netinstall, but the situation remains the same, as the computer does not recognize the Mikrotik (could something be damaged?). I have also turned it off/on several times, but it remains the same.

Then I think that you unfortunately have damaged hardware.
