i have two RDS2216, each with 6x NVMe Disks.
i want to use it as "shared" RAID6 Block- or as NFS-Storage to connect to virtualization Servers (like XCP-NG/Xen-Server or Proxmox)
currently i want to play with the "cluster" features, to be able to reboot one of the RDS's (Firmwareupdate or maybe Power-loss...)
The PDF (https://cdn.mikrotik.com/web-assets/pro ... 250348.pdf) on page three says "near-instant failover"
and in the YouTube Video of the RDS (https://youtu.be/g1wpIIfYpZA?si=oijyDvEXMAsVOQKg&t=150) @normis talks from "redundant highspeed database clusters". (min 2:30)
ok - but how?
is Normis talking about the BTRFS _remote_ Snapshots: https://help.mikrotik.com/docs/spaces/R ... rsnapshots ?
Second Question is, should i use BTRFS-RAID6 or NATIVE-RAID6 to share NFS?
