am running 4.5v but whenever the users logoff, the time on the tickets will still be running and this create a lot of problem for me with the users.how can i resolve that problem?

which user manager do you use, the regular one, or the "test" one from this forum? also consider upgrading to v4.10

I used the regular one because am new to this site and don't know if u've ever put any test one here.If i upgrade to v4.10, will it solve my problem?
