I having rb 411u router .the problem i am facing is the router board is plugged in but it is not showing in winbox. some times it will show in wibox and it will connect and some times it will not show in winbox but it will be plugged in plz help me

I am having the same problem too. My W7 and 2 eth cards. One eth for my internet, second is connected to RB750. windows XP mode work good as solution to accessing RB-s.
