Move the SXT box away from the antenna!! If you place it behind the other antenna you may have some interference and it's blocking your signal on the SXT! Place it above the other antenna (about 50cm or so) to get better signal and to counter interference.

I looked at your video, several problems:

1. where is the cover? you should put it back, and close it, so that no dust can get inside
2. The SXT is mounted incorrectly, the correct mounting direction is like this:
Image

3. The SXT is blocked by that other antenna! You didn't attach the SXT to the pole, you have squeezed it into a gap between one antenna and the pole, 1/4 of the antenna surface is blocked by that panel antenna. Here are some images how to mount it correctly: http://forum.mikrotik.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=48657

Have you tried to enable DHCP-Client on that interface? If you have not, you will not have any IP to access the internet.

you still need masquerade rule

http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Ro ... _Questions
[admin@MikroTik] ip firewall nat> add chain=srcnat action=masquerade out-interface=Public

First, enter these things in a new NAT rule:

Image

then, set action "masquerade" in the same rule "action" tab

Image

"out interface" should be the name of the interface where the internet is

what did you put into the "out interface" field?

if internet on the Ethernet side, or on the other end of the wireless link?

no. if you have a pppoe server at the other end of the link, you don't need DHCP client. remove it.

this means you have no DNS settings, the PPPoE server didn't give you information about DNS.

So, current problems which I can see:

1. you have no IP address on the Ethernet interface, and you probably don't have an IP address for the computers connected to the SXT. You would need to put some address on that interface and maybe set up a DHCP server for the clients.

2. You need to specify DNS server address in the menu "IP -> DNS"

3. You will need to specify DNS in the client computers as well.

Basically your first mistake was to remove the default configuration of the SXT where all of this was already set up for you. To load all the default configuration back as it was, use command:
/system reset
in the "New terminal" window in Winbox.
