How to clone NIC's MAC?

Hi! How to clone other NIC's MAC to one NIC which is use on ROS? Why I want to clone MAC? Beacuse ISP designate my NIC's MAC, and the NIC is enchased on mainboard. That mainboard isn't can to use for ROS.
Have any way to do it? Thank you very much!

Yes! I do this, but ROS isn't get IP from ISP's DHCP SERVER. So I am captivation.
