PPPoE - Simple Queue - Parent Queue in ROS 6.5

Mon Oct 28, 2013 4:34 am

Hello,

I see the latest version of ROS can do "Queue - Parent Queue" in "PPP - Profile" which can i can specify the parent Q to the auto PPP simple queue.

1. What attribute to use if I want to set "Parent Queue" from radius server?
2. if not possible or not yet support, what is your suggested possible other way to work around ? :D

Thanks,

Well, it seems not many are interested to use "Parent Queue" in PPPoE deployment.

This is relevant to my interest.

Seems jst like introducing a new radius attribute into the MikroTik dictionary and sending that back in an access-accept's would work.

new Radius attribute should be understandable to Mikrotik also, not only to FR, right? so how to achieve the same if MT will not understand the new attribute?
