When i try to upgrade the firmware, i encounter an issue where it gets stuck while booting with an error along the lines of bootloader fail. Till now i did not experience any issues, but lately i am getting rather large problems with IPSEC - it crashes the moment it gets used. (in my case, the connection is between the local network and a network on Azure)

Any ideas what i could do to upgrade it? (the version it is stuck on is 3.02)

Edit* Finally managed to update it to the .14 version, but the IPSEC crash is still happening.

Basically the connection is made ,everything works fine, but if i initiate a file transfer, then the router crashes.

Have you tried resetting the configuration to defaults then reconfiguring the device again. Sometimes after an upgrade the config doesn't update correctly.
