10GBASE-T for Mikrotik

I have:

1. NAS server, 24 x SSD in stripe of 3 x raidz2 as main pool, 8 x HDD raidz2 for surveillance video adn X550-T2
2. Backups server 11 x HDD in raidz and 4 HDD in stripe of mirrors (zfs or course), x540-T2
3. Workstation, Samsung 960Pro, x540-T2
   All of them connected to CRS-317 with 4 x S+RJ10, backup and NAS has cross connection, so each server connected by one wire to CRS317 and Workstation has LACP with 2 links.

I was able to get about 9Gbit (~8900-8800) through CRS317 and slightly above 9Gbit with direct patch cord between servers. For testing purposes I used iperf-3.1.3.
But here you also can see a topic that shows some issues of these SPF+ modules.

The rest clients are 1G mostly, except 4 cameras which are using own 2960 switch, that has 100Mbit connections.

1. NAS:
   8 x 2TB SSD Samsung SATA3 (540/520 MB/s) = zfs raidz2
   4 x 4TB WD RED (150 MB/s) = zfs stripe

2. Gaming station - 2 x 2TB SSD Samsung m.2 PCI-E (3500/2100 MB/s) = RAID 1

In addition, the house (private house) is home to two families, totaling 9 people:

1. 9 phones connected by wifi

2. 3 tablets by wifi

3. 6 laptops by wifi

4. 3 televisions 4k by wifi

5. internet radio on wifi

6. one stationary computer … ancient .. with a network card 1Gbit

7. and yet some kind of shit on wifi … I do not remember what is called, but it requires internet …
   and this should not interfere with each other …

8. Once a month, a full backup of all devices is performed on the NAS

9. Every few minutes incremental backup of all devices is performed on the NAS

10. Synchronization is established between all devices according to certain rules

11. NAS downloads and distributes torrents 24/7

12. NAS distributes 4k content and music collection to TVs and to the network by wifi

13. There is a static public IP address and a configured local VPN server - all home services are accessible through the Internet 24/7

14. NAS stores a full home media archive (mostly video 2k and 4k) - which is often used over the network (the gaming station is often used for video editing) - there is even a little 8k
