2 isp on one wisp

Hello,
Let Me explain i am small wisp
using three RB912uag-2hpnd with sectors currently i am using one isp only which have its own login server and ip start from 172.16.xx.xx

isp1 ip-172.16.xx.xx Static

isp2 ip- 10.1.1.x DHCP

i am just using simple bridge mode .. now i have little issue

i have second isp2 here which i need to use with same sectors
for that i have 10MB line which i want to made DHCP hotspot & pppoe both for my users for that i am using rb450
all is ok i have setup hotspot and its working fine on wireless but when i insert cable in switch to share line with wireless my other isp clients get effected and there is no internet access to them now what they got isted of isp1 login page they get hotspot login page now i have to dissconnect isp2 from switch for users to use internet please let me know good procedure for it

Sorry, but I don’t understand how everything is connected.
Which is the cable when connected, disconnects users? The ISP2?
You have some diagram or can draw of the original scenario where everything works and the second scenario where not longer work? It would be better, to understand it easily.
