5Ghz omni mimo antenna maximun distance

We have a wireless link of 7 kms and we planned to implement with basebox5 &5ghz 10 dbi omni mimo antenna in AP side and 5ghz omnitik in client side as omni is the only option there. my doubt is do 5ghz omni can be connected at a distance of 7 kms and expected throughput is 5 mbps..No interference And clear line of sight.

At 7 Km (if all are correctly set, and Fresnel Zone respected, and no interferencies) you can have true bidirectional transport of 5Mbps.

You can search on my posts some example of PtP configuration.

omini antenna with 7kms!!!

i dont agree with you . use two sets of sextant. one as access point and the other as client

I agree with you, 2 Sextant at such distance go to true 100Mbps and up, but the user say:

omni is the only option there

In this case we have already deployed Metal 5spn with 30 dbi Dish in AP side and Groove 52hn with 15 dbi Omni antenna in client side.the signal is around 70-75 and the throughput is nearly 6 mbps. We need more throughput of 12 mbps but we are looking for the best solution. our supplier suggested to implement MIMO setup in both sides to achieve more throughput thats why we are looking for ur suggestions.

Choosing devices is depends on the distance, interference dan the bandwith you want to distribute
