As my previous poster also said: it might include some data about your network. But quite limited as we filtered the Garmin Mac.
I will try some things here too.
That means to just record the whole traffic in the time window the watch connects and disconnects, correct?
Can you drop the file you already got?

Hi all, I am very sorry to come back to you after such a long time, but I am quite busy and always have to take my time to do something like e.g. collecting those logs. But finally there they are. This is a pcapng file, just changed the file extensions to be able to upload it here.

I finally figured it out! Setting the group encryption also to CCMP instead of leaving it blank (and only setting CCMP in the ciphers section in winbox) solved the issue. Found out by using Gemini Thinking mode and asking for max compat with garmin watches 
From my understanding, this setting makes sure that also every broadcast broadcast traffic is encrypted with the selected cipher.
This makes no sense.
encryption and group-encryption both default to ccmp.
Strange! I removed the entry again and it still works. Maybe some bug/defect from upgrading? I tried a lot the last couple of days and suddenly it worked with this setting being the latest change.
What I also changed:
- disable WPS
- tried different DTIM settings, leaving the default 1 in the end
- explicty disabled management protection, even though this is also disabled by default
