Access Point with session timeout

Hi
Friend pointed me out this manufacturer and from what I already researched it seems doable.
Problem is I don’t have any idea how to do it.

I looked for AP and found this https://mikrotik.com/product/cap_ac
What I need to set is:

  1. Session time out so the devices might still be connected but will be unable to download/upload anything without user action (let’s say 5-10 minutes per session)
  2. If it’s possible set one username and password for normal users so there won’t be need of creating an accounts (eventually set second group of users that won’t be affected by timeout or will have more time)
  3. When session time runs out to be automatically redirected to login/refresh_button site

Thanks in advance for any clues

Only Hotspot comes to my mind in order to accomplish this setup…

Like I mentioned
cAP ac has RouterOS in which I already found possibility of setting session timeout
problem is remained configuration.
Never actually had any MikroTik device so I didn’t have a chance to practice configuration of it.
