I’m Use Load Balancing “PPC”

I can access the winbox from outside the organization via PPTP , But across ISP1 10.111.0.1/24 only , or across ISP2 10.112.0.1/24 if desconnict ISP1

I want to access the winbox from outside the organization via PPTP by Two ISP (ISP1 or ISP2) anytime and whatever ISP ???
