Access to forwarded host via external IP don't work

I’ve setup forwarding to the specific host/port in my local network and this host is accessible from the internet (via different provider), but i can’t access it from my network by external ip/port, only by internal IP/port.
Board Name hAP ac^3
Version 7.13.4 (stable)

You may want to look into Hairpin NAT.

And even look at cgnat ?
If your isp uses that.

They already mentioned that “this host is accessible from the internet (via different provider)” so their ISP is not using CG-NAT.
