I had Mikrotik v6.45.3 n RB2011UiAS.
Using Winbox I ran Update and install packages to v6.45.6.
After update I now do not have CAPsMAN.
Of course whole wireless network is down.
What should I do to regain CAPsMAN?
You mean your CAPs can’t connect to your CapsMAN?
What is your log saying ?
How many CAPs you have? What does the CAP say in its log ?

It is simple: CAPsMAN does not run so no CAP client can connect to it, thus whole wireless is down.
In mean time, I solved problem. Found out that, after update, wireless package was disabled. After I enabled it CAPsMan showed up. Luckily, all settings were preserved so network quickly went up.

God thanks I found it, was looking for the solution already hours. It happened to me as well and I was wondering where is my capsman menu missing. Did not know that it can go disabled after update. Thanks for sharing!

Hardware: hap ax2
AX2 ? Install wifiwave2 package.
Capsman is not anymore where it used to be for legacy wifi-devices, it’s now part of the wifiwave2 menu structure.
