Allow P2P Traffic

Hello everyone
I found many threads in the forum about it, but none of them was helpful for me to solve my problem.
I discovered that eMule for example, fails to pass the test ports;

my home network is structured as follows:

(internet)
-------------------- NetGear Modem-router
“Lan netgear”
(192.168.0.1/24)

Bridge WAN - Eth 1
(192.168.0.254/24)
-------------------- RB1100AHx2
Bridge LAN - Eth 2~13
(192.168.88.1/24)

COMPUTERS, NAS, SERVER, AP…

so unfortunately (or fortunately), I have 2 firewall.
usually, each open port on the router, it is redirected to the IP of WAN Bridge (192.168.0.254), and the same port is redirected to the IP inside of the PC in the LAN Bridge (192.168.88.xxx) in this way:
(NAT Rule)
→ dst-nat
Dst Address: 192.168.0.254
Protocol: “TCP or UDP”
Dst. Port: xxxxx
→ Action:
dst-nat
To Address: 192.168.88.xxx
to Port: xxxxx

This usually works for normal services, but not for P2P.
I then tried to redirect all ports from the first router to the mikrotik, and from mikrotik to the IP of the PC, changing the “Dst. Port” and “To Ports” in “0-65535”, but nothing has changed.
I also tried to move the PC with eMule in the “WAN Bridge”, and redirect the ports of the first router directly on it, and everything works perfectly.

I read that RouterOS recognizes the type of traffic, and that there are appropriate filters to block P2P, but instead I wanted to know how I can allow this type of traffic, and what settings should I add to my RB1100.

Excuse me if I’ve been too long in writing, but I wanted to be accurate in the description of the problem, for prevent the broblem is caused by an wrong setting.
I hope someone can suggest to me something else to try!
