Antennas offline? Can't upload files ? (I'm new, help!)

hey everyone, before i start pls notice that i’m german and my english isn’t the best so dont kill me if its bad :slight_smile:

I’ve read the manual and i understood it (and also translated it to german) but i can’t get to progress if things don’t work.

I got 2 problems.

I’m pretty new to The Dude and i need some help.
I got 2 antennas here in my local network. I can reach them but it says they’re unstable and after a few minutes, they’re offline. I’ve got a switch and they’re direct connectet to my computer.
As I added antennas out of the surrounding network here at my place (About the next 10 kilometres) i could reach them and edit them. But now I can reach those 2 I got here next to me in my room but theyre unstable and offline. What can i do? I gave both a IP (192.168.120.5 and 192.168.120.6) and i can connect to them with Winbox and edit them but i can’t use them in The Dude.

I can’t upload any new updates into The Dude - Files pane. I drag and drop them into the window and after it’s uploaded it says “invalid file”.
I need this for me and my workmates. I’m 17 and in my first apprenticeship and they don’t know much about The Dude. So i have to learn it and teach them. I really want to learn the program but i can’t if some things dont work.

Oh and please be so kind and keep your english on my level if you can :slight_smile: If not i try to understand it. But i think i can handle it :smiley:

I think you may be posting in the wrong forum. The Dude is a monitoring and alerting system - not for uploading files to equipment.

yeah of course but you can still upload the updates for antennas or pictures or smth. i just need totest around but i got it fixed now…

just created on a routerboard an agent and controlled everything over the agent.
