Any concurrent VLAN ID limit on RouterOS software?

I had a hotspot setup where it consist of many VLAN from each hotel room. I had created the VLAN under RouterOS and added all VLAN under bridge1. Then, hotspot is created for the bridge1 and DHCP setup accordingly.

However, there is an issue noticed when all the VLAN is running. I had been troubleshooting it for days and found that the hotspot would not working if more than X amount of VLAN is enabled. I had been tried to disabled all VLAN and enable 1 by 1. Everything is working with DHCP leasing IP to client and login to access internet.

However, once i continue enable more VLAN until a certain amount (60+ VLAN), I noticed the hotspot is not leasing out IP anymore and even i configure IP manually it would’t work. I cannot even ping the RouterOS and the Hotspot just not working. Next, if i disable one VLAN and the hotspot would work again as usual and if i enable back one VLAN it is not working again. I also tested this is not related to which VLAN i enable because i had tried to enable or disable other VLAN ID and the result is same.

It seems that the number of VLAN ID enabled had hit a maximum or any other reason that break the hotspot. Anyone had any idea or experienced the same issue before?
