Thanks for the help. I found my SFP+ device, with the community software installed, had a default IP of 192.168.1.1, NOT 192.168.11.1, as mentioned in the guides. After finally accessing the device and fully configuring it, I couldn’t get the AT&T fiber to work. I found that my service is GPON, the device I have works with XGS-PON. I need to return it, get the correct one, and try again.
