I have an ATL5G device connected to a 5G NSA network the issue I have is 5G is lost from time to time, latency goes up and bandwidth goes down due to a 4G only signal, the only observation noticed is the SINR for 4G is going up and down, is there a way to stabilize SINR for 4G and might there be another issue?
Are you sure that 5G N band connection lost is not due to MO power saving during night? Signal seems strong enough so that there should not be connection issues because of it.
Here is my LTE graphing for 5G NSA connection, much weaker signal and not losing N band connection:
I needed to configure some band locks to avoid connections to bands with lower bandwidth.
I prefer higher bandwidth with weaker signal to have better download, latency is mitigated by QoS.
