There is any way to backup configuration and restore an uploaded .backup without using winbox? i searched for that command in the terminal with no luck.

yes,
to make backup with: e.g filename=asdf
/sy ba sav name=asdf
than on your router you have asdf.backup on files list submenu, and to make copy download it to your pc with regular ftp application program.
to make restore with asdf.backup
/sy ba load=asdf
follow screen than press y on your keyboard to make reboot your router for.
