I have the following problem. I use some mikrotik equipment.
On one I habe a problem, i get an ip scan (tool on router os) it runs for a little moment an then i get the information “error: bad id” and “Click here to see them all”. whit no other device I have this problem…
First I can not click, because there is nothing but i dont know what is the problem?
Can it be, that the networking interface is broken?
I forgot to write, I would found this, because some connections the use this device, send after a few seconds, or sometimes after a few minutes no data over this device. It seems the connection is broken, but the connection is only in a “sleep mode”
YOu can reconnect the connection and this goes directly, but the same problem occurs that I described before.
Can you try the scan from the terminal? I suspect winbox sometimes gets confused. I’ve occasionally seen it come up with that bad ID thing on various things that involve a list (such as torch). Usually it works if you close and reopen it (either the window in question, or sometimes winbox itself).
If you’re able to consistently get it, you might want to take a screenshot and sent it to support; and, are you running the latest winbox version?
