bandwidth Balancing with 2 ISP Service

hi friends.
i Have 2 internet Gateway from 2 Different ISP.
1 of that Have 15Mbps , and other 1 have 52Mbps
Like Down :

i Need to Configure This With Sent of ISP1 & Receive of ISP2
The External IP’s Shoul Have the IP’s of ISP1 .
How to Configure That !!? Any Help , idea or WiKi ?

and instead of slide 34 - where is 1:1 load balancing create 2:7 (close to 15:52) load balancing. Instead of 2 rules you will need 9 rules - 2 for 1st mark, 7 for 2nd mark.
instead of :2/0 , :2/1 - you will need :9/0, :9/1, :9/2,…, :9/8

Do not panic if numbers doesn’t add up - you will need at least few hundred connections to actually see load balancing in work. and make sure that those connections are from random local IPs to random public IPs (so real time traffic)
